During the chat, we exchanged words on the importance of personal brand, tips as a recommendation for new entrepreneurs who want to build a personal brand, and some great examples of personal branding. Furthermore, we talked about the tools and tactics required to build a personal brand, and what social media platforms are the best time/effort investments for personal branding.
According to our industry expert participants, Personal branding has two elements (1) how you present yourself (2) how others see you. An authenticity of your skills, influence and subject expertise in a niche market, your credibility, and your trustworthiness together build a great personal brand. If you have well recognized personal brand, it will help you stay out of crowd, and also help your consumers get best out of your influence.
The most important tip to build your own personal brand is to work on your strengths, be authentic. Be the same person everywhere, don’t fake it between online & offline life, don’t just blindly copy others and sound fool, originality and authenticity builds your personal brand. Great examples of personal brands include, but not limited to: Neil Patel, Tim Ferris, Chris Ducker, Richard Branson, Michelle Obama, Madalyn Sklar, Larry Kim, Rand Fish, Jeff Bullas, and many others.
