We had conducted our #AskQL chat on 12 April 2017 at 15:00 AWST and 12:30 PM ET on leadership tactics. Our inspiration and motivation again sparked up since the chat resulted in amazing response with a thriving participation. Once again, QL Tech sincerely expresses admiration for our beloved participants.

We exchanged our thoughts on the tactics that are required for an effective and result-oriented leadership. We started with discussing various leadership styles and which fits best to derive effectiveness in the processes and influence their subordinates to perform well. We talked about traits which makes a normal leader into a great leader. Change is the only constant thing and your leadership skills can make it very easy to manage transition.
According to our industry expert participants, leadership is all about taking the ownership and giving the credit at right time to the right person. A combo of democratic leadership and participative leadership is the most effective style in any circumstances. Honesty, integrity, equality and excellent communication skills are the must have traits to become a good leader. To win the game of leadership, don’t treat your subordinates as mere subordinates, interact with them as colleagues. This is because leadership never comes with seniority/experience. It comes with the ability to tie everyone top to bottom on the same thread; leadership is kind of inbuilt ability and trait. In case, your leaders are tied up with extreme emergencies, and they are unable to lead at times, follow your own discipline and timeliness.
